Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in a smooth cognac brandy. Deliciously rich, dark, moist, and fruity. The subtle flavour of the Cognac provides a very sophisticated taste and a distinctive fragrance, reminiscent of Christmas Pudding.
