The cherry fruit cake is made with the classic Buckingham® recipe that is loved the world over. Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries and tangy cranberries. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in Kirsch spirit. Deliciously rich, dark and moist. The fruity flavour of the cherry and Kirsch combination is perfectly balanced by the inclusion of cranberries.
